Whether 4WheelJD™ is right for you depends on what type of service you need. 4WheelJD primarily focuses on the following practice areas: Uncontested divorces, Summary Dissolutions, Legal Separations, Pre-Marital Agreements, and Estate Planning.
We are still open to discussing your family law issue, even if it doesn’t fit those categories.
Uncontested Divorce
In California, your divorce is either “contested” or “uncontested”. An uncontested divorce means that you and your soon-to-be ex-spouse agree on all of the issues that may be involved with a divorce. If you can reach an agreement, then an uncontested divorce may be the better option. Not only can it save time, it can also save on legal expenses such as a trial.

Summary Dissolution
A Summary Dissolution is an even simpler divorce process, but you must qualify for it. Like an uncontested divorce, you or your spouse must meet the California residency requirements and have a marital settlement agreement. However, there are other requirements for a summary dissolution.

Estate Planning
Estate Planning involves preparing for the management and distribution of your assets and affairs upon death or incapacitation. It includes the creation of legal documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring that your wishes are honored, minimizing taxes and legal complications, and providing for loved ones. Proper estate planning can offer peace of mind and financial security for family members, making it a vital process for anyone looking to protect their legacy.
