Pricing

4WheelJD™ puts service ahead of pricing. When you work with us you have the option to have representation for certain parts of your case (Unbundled), or be guided through the process with 4WheelJD™ as your attorney of record. No matter which plan you choose, our pricing is fair and reasonable. Not to mention, you have the option of paying over time with a payment plan.

Unbundled Legal Services** (Attorney a la carte): Flat Fee + Costs

Get legal assistance at different stages in your case, whether it is completing the initial steps in starting your case, requesting orders from the court, document preparation and review, or have an attorney make a court appearance. 4WheelJD can represent you for just one or some parts of your family law case. In other words, pay only for the legal service that you need. Let 4WheelJD be your “Attorney a la carte”

4WheelJD™ is a law firm. We can tell you which forms you need, explain what they are for and how to prepare them. You can find and download (for free) most of the divorce-related forms right here in the 4WheelJD™ Family Law Document Library. We will work with you to properly complete the forms and, if necessary, file and serve them.

Pro: Flat Fee (costs included)

Attorney Consultation: $150 per consultation (Family Law)

You may have questions about the Family Law legal process, including how to get court orders or just some questions to help you get started. 4WheelJD™ is here to answer those questions. Contact 4WheelJD™ for a virtual consultation.

No matter which plan you choose, you will have access to the attorney. With the flat rate plans, you are not billed for emails, calls, or any other communication. You are not billed by the hour. 4WheelJD™ believes in service, not time.

NOTE: Each plan will require a limited scope representation agreement which details the service you want and the terms of that service so both you and the attorney are clear on expectations and responsibilities.
